The vision of the Institute of Creative Arts (ICA) is to be the catalyst for creative, artistic and professional excellence in the country of Belize. It supports and promotes dance, music, theatre, visual arts and creative writing while maintaining links with the Ministry of Education in order to encourage training in and the showcasing of each of the disciplines of the creative arts. ICA is headquartered at its flagship building, the Bliss Center for the Performing Arts in Belize City which provides the stage for numerous memorable performances and several national festivals throughout the year.
