Quick Facts: This is an important site that has yielded many Middle to Late Preclassic figurines, representing human and animal forms. The core of this site consists of complex architecture including two ballcourts, and a series of restricted inner courtyards, that serve as the residence of the ancient Maya Elite. A visitor centre nearby houses many of the artifacts found at the site.
