Quick Facts: El Pilar is the largest Maya site in the Belize River Valley. It has a causeway (road) which links the Maya structures in Belize to those in nearby Guatemala. The nature trails at this site are intended to provide an insight into the Agro-Forestry of the Ancient Maya.
