Quick Facts: This Historic Cemetery was first opened in 1792 and holds an estimated 30,000 to 35,000 graves. This cemetery was first used exclusively by the Anglicans. In 1850, it was opened for the burial of persons belonging to other denominations. It was officially closed in 1881 and burials commenced in the Vaults, south of Yarborough.Â
